Harriette Taylor steps onto the terrace with the full weight of the view behind her and absolutely none of it distracting from her presence. The black sheer bodysuit catches the light in the way sheer things do, somewhere between concealing and revealing, and the blazer worn over it does exactly nothing to diminish the effect. She owns the elevated terrace, the balustrade, the lamp, the whole wide stretch of lake and hills beyond, as if the scenic backdrop has arranged itself specifically for her benefit. The Glint of the set title is there in every frame: the glinting sunlight, the gleam of the lens, the shimmer of the bodysuit's mesh.
As Harriette works through the set, the blazer goes first, then the bodysuit follows, and what remains is the white sunglasses, the strappy black heels, and a silhouette that looks as though it was designed to be framed by that panoramic view. In the final image she crouches on the pale stone tiles, both hands raised to her head, bare and completely composed, the hills and water stretching out behind her in the warm afternoon light. It is a conclusion that earns its setting.
