Hayley Marie Coppin is making the bed, though her interpretation of the task is perhaps somewhat looser than the traditional version. She is wrapped in the white duvet and clearly has absolutely no intention of either making the bed or getting out of it anytime soon. The warm pine bed frame, gold-yellow curtains and framed prints on the walls of this characterful old bedroom give the whole scene a wonderfully warm, intimate glow as Hayley stretches out across the sheets, her tousled blonde waves falling across the white pillow and those sparkling blue eyes absolutely daring you to join her for a lie-in that she strongly suggests has very little to do with sleeping.
The white duvet is playfully surrendered in sections, pooling at her hips, then her knees, then away across the bedroom floor entirely as Hayley stands and stretches fully nude in the golden window light. She moves between the bed and the window with the unhurried grace of someone who is completely at home in their own body, glancing over a bare shoulder with that impossibly warm, bright smile. Making the bed can absolutely wait. Looking at Hayley, absolutely nothing else matters.
