The World Cup kicks off and Hayley Marie Coppin has her own very particular way of celebrating. Dressed in her England football strip, blonde hair swept up, she is the most distracting supporter in the stadium, or rather the most distracting one in a bright, airy room with white draping curtains and sun-bleached wooden beams overhead. She clutches her red England scarf with a grin that says she knows exactly what is coming next, the red and white of her kit the perfect contrast against her golden skin.
And then, as if the match result depended on it, off comes the strip. The scarf becomes a cheeky accessory as the jersey hits the floor and Hayley stands beautifully bare, the England scarf draped across her with a playful flourish that is about as far from a penalty shoot-out as you can get. Who cares about the beautiful game when the woman in front of you is considerably more beautiful and considerably less clothed? England may or may not have won that day, but there is absolutely no question who the real winner is here.
